At this price point in Myrtle Beach, you expect to compromise somewhere. Unit 1137 makes you wonder where. Welcome to **3768 Citation Way #1137 at Broadway Station**, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor condo that puts you close to the beach, shopping, dining and some of Myrtle Beach's biggest attractions—while giving you a gated community to come home to. And because you're on the **top floor**, there's one particularly nice feature: **Nobody lives above you.** Inside, the bright, open layout connects the living and dining spaces, giving the condo an easy flow that works just as well for a quiet night at home as it does when company shows up. The living room also brings something you don't find in every Myrtle Beach condo: **A fireplace.** Then open the door to your private balcony. Morning coffee. An evening drink. A little fresh air after a day at the beach. And with balcony access from the primary bedroom, the outdoor space feels like an extension of the condo rather than something tacked onto it. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout gives each side of the home useful separation, including a spacious primary suite with its own private bath. And forget the carpet. **Luxury vinyl plank flooring** keeps the interior clean, practical and coastal-living friendly. Need somewhere for the beach chairs and all the stuff that seems to multiply when you live near the ocean? There's a **spacious storage closet right on the balcony.** Outside your front door, Broadway Station adds the amenities that make condo living easier: a **gated entrance, community pool and grilling areas** for those days when dinner tastes better outside. Then there's the location. Beach day? Easy. Dinner out? Easy. Shopping? Easy. Broadway at the Beach? Right in the middle of the Myrtle Beach lifestyle. **3768 CITATION WAY #1137 | BROADWAY STATION** 2 Bedrooms • 2 Full Baths • Top Floor • Private Balcony • Primary Bedroom Balcony Access • Fireplace • LVP Flooring • No Carpet • Exterior Storage • Gated Community • Community Pool • Grilling Areas • Central Myrtle Beach Location Plenty of condos put you near everything.
