VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS for days! In house restaurant is now OPEN for business as well! Exceptional opportunity for investors seeking a beautifully renovated oceanfront condo with tremendous rental potential and unlike many investment condos, this unit has not been used as a rental by these owners. It has been occupied full-time by the same owners for several years and has been exceptionally well cared for, giving it a true like-new feel throughout. This pristinely located 2-bedroom unit features several unobstructed south-facing views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from almost every room, with two private balconies to enjoy the incredible coastal scenery. The condo has been extensively updated, including a completely renovated kitchen, every bathroom completely remodeled, and the former popcorn ceilings among many other things removed and replaced throughout. A unique layout improvement consolidated the HVAC system and water heater (which are brand new within the last year), and creates the possibility for a spacious pantry, or a ton of additional storage space. Dealer's choice! High-End tile flooring runs throughout the unit and both bathrooms, making it easy to maintain and ideal for future rental use. Short-term rentals are allowed, providing flexibility for an investor looking to capitalize on the strong Myrtle Beach vacation rental market, while the property's history as a full-time residence means it has not experienced any of the typical wear and tear associated with years of short-term rentals. This building has DIRECT beach access, unlike many others along the coastline here. Book your showing today!
