There is a particular kind of quiet you only get seven floors above the Atlantic, coffee in hand, nobody needing anything from you. Unit 734 is where you find it. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo in the Baywatch South Tower runs 574 square feet — and the entire unit is oceanfront, so the view goes for miles in every direction. Sold furnished, full kitchen, a private balcony built for slow mornings, and a Murphy bed tucked into the living room wall for extra sleeping space when family comes to town. Downstairs, Baywatch does what Baywatch does: indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, on-site dining and a tiki bar, all in the heart of Crescent Beach. One of the strongest amenity lineups in North Myrtle Beach — and the owners here actually use it. The numbers work too. Short-term rentals are allowed, and this property has been on a rental program. Just as at home as a second home you escape to as it is an investment that earns its keep. Live like a local. This is what that looks like.
