Here's a rare find in Ocean Keyes! A FIRST-FLOOR END UNIT featuring the popular Port Royal Plus floor plan in Seashore Villas! Offering 3 bedrooms (one non-conforming), 2 baths, and a spacious layout, this condo is a real find, especially on the first floor! The third bedroom has a door for privacy and works equally well as a den, home office or guest room. Inside you'll find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances just one year old, crown molding, Pergo laminate flooring and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The HVAC system was replaced in 2022, another great feature! The screened-in patio overlooks a nearby swimming pool, just steps away yet far enough to enjoy a little privacy. There's even an outdoor grill close by for those cookouts after a day at the beach! The condo is being sold mostly furnished and includes a private storage room just outside the front door. Ocean Keyes is a beautifully maintained gated community offering SIX swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness facilities, clubhouses, walking paths and outdoor grilling areas. And the LOCATION? Just a short walk or golf cart ride to the BEACH and Main Street in Ocean Drive, with its restaurants, shopping, entertainment and home of the SHAG! The seller is also including a golf cart! Please note that a golf cart parking space does not convey and is subject to the community waiting list. Whether you're looking for a primary residence, vacation getaway or investment property, this one is definitely worth a look. Come see why so many people love calling Ocean Keyes home!
